What should you bring?
We’re delighted that you’re getting ready to take part in this beautiful celebration.
We hope the weather will be kind and won’t spoil the summer fun.
Here’s a quick reminder of what to bring:
-
A dish for the shared dinner (for yourself and a friend). Please make sure your food is ready to be placed directly on the table (washed, cut, served in a suitable container, etc.) so we don’t overload the volunteers.
-
Your own cup for hot or cold drinks and/or your plate (let’s be eco-friendly!)
- A flashlight or headlamp (could come in handy after dark)
-
Protection from potential rain / sun and insects
-
And most importantly: a great mood and lots of enthusiasm!
The organisers and volunteers do their best to make it a successful event, therefore we would be grateful if you could show cooperative spirit by:
- BRING WILDFLOWERS / MEADOW HERBS FOR WREATH MAKING: There are not many wildflowers in the area around the event, so if you have the opportunity, we warmly invite you to pick some meadow flowers around or on your way – together we will create an even more beautiful celebration!

- BE NOT JUST SPECTATORS, BUT ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS: join the songs, circle dances, dances, and rituals. Here you will find the lyrics of Midsummer songs — we warmly invite you to sing along!
-
BRING not only GOOD SPIRITS, but also MUSIC – guitars, violins, drums, and other INSTRUMENTS are always welcome around the bonfire.
